Cancellation Policy
* Finality: Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
* Verification: Please review your cart contents, sizing, and shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Return & Refund Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
* Scope: We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges exclusively for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing preferences, or generic reasons.
* Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must record a single, continuous video of yourself unpacking the package. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the opening of the outer courier bag, and a physical inspection of the garment for damages—all in one unedited shot.
* The 2-Day Window: You must report any damage by emailing us at fragmentindia.store@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. You must attach your unboxing video to this email.
* Strict Rejection: Claims made without a proper unboxing video, or with a video recorded after the package was already opened, will be rejected.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a verified damaged item, the goods must meet the following criteria:
* Timeline: Reported within 2 days of delivery and shipped back promptly after our team's approval.
* Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition you received it.
* Packaging: Must be returned in its original brand packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances can the following items be returned or exchanged:
* Customized, altered, or personalized clothing items made to your specifications.
* Items unsealed or tried on that violate hygiene standards (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, or bodysuits).
* Any items altered or damaged due to customer mishandling, improper washing, or misuse.
Return Shipping Process
* Cost Coverage: For verified damaged or defective products, Fragment India will cover the cost of return shipping.
* Instructions: Once your claim is approved based on your unboxing video, our customer service team will email you detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if reverse pickup is available in your pincode).
* Verification: Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough quality check. If the defect is confirmed, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 10 business days.

*Shipping Liability: If you are shipping the item back manually, we highly recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without physical receipt of the goods or a verified proof of return delivery.
